中国农业大学资源与环境学院专业学位硕士研究生兼职第二导师（2022-2025）；国家自然科学基金函评专家；贵州七星关刺梨科技小院首席专家。

主讲《园艺植物生物技术》、《园艺植物育种学》等本科生课程以及《园艺植物生理生化实验技术》等研究生课程。

近5年主持国家自然科学基金《刺梨果实特色品质性状的全基因组关联分析（2021-2024）》、《刺梨野生资源遗传多样性研究及核心种质构建（2017-2020）》；贵州省科技支撑项目《刺梨优异种质资源发掘创新（2021-2024）》、贵州省科协项目《贵州七星关刺梨科技小院（2021-2025）》、贵州省千层次创新型人才项目（2017-2021）等。指导大学生创新创业训练计划项目6项，其中国家级2项。
