三、研究方向

(一)高粱与病原真菌互作

1. 围绕高粱主要真菌病害开展遗传转化、效应蛋白筛选及鉴定;

2. 采用多种方法研究高粱真菌效应蛋白与寄主的互作关系;

3. 重点关注高粱真菌病害发生过程中的蛋白质翻译后修饰调控机制。

(二)植物抗逆性起源与演化研究

围绕植物细胞色素P450 (Cytochrome P450)、磷脂酶C (Phospholipase C)和类病斑基因LSD (lesion-simulating disease)开展系统演化及抗病功能分化研究。

(三)百香果病毒检测与脱毒技术研究

1. 建立百香果主要病毒病的快速检测体系;

2. 百香果病毒病快繁、脱毒技术的开发与应用。
